Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old, residents of the Teddy delivery zone, and have a Teddy app account. Teddy services include (but are not limited to); central Auckland, central Christchurch and central Queenstown. You can check exact delivery zones in the Teddy app. Teddy reserves the right to change these areas at its sole discretion.
Giveaway Details: Participants are entitled to receive one specific item in the Teddy app, as specified by Teddy, during the specified time frame, subject to availability and while stocks last. Teddy reserves the right to end the Giveaway early or extend the Giveaway period at its sole discretion. The Giveaway includes free standard (2-hour) delivery within the Teddy delivery zone. There is no minimum order value required, and no other items need to be purchased to be eligible for the Giveaway.
Participation: To participate, download the Teddy app, sign up, place an order for the free item, and choose standard (2-hour) delivery. A 50c delivery fee will be charged at checkout, and it will be refunded as soon as the delivery is complete. Standard (2-hour) delivery is the only delivery option available for the Giveaway.
Limitations and Restrictions: Teddy terms of use apply. Each participant is eligible for one free item per person and per order. Teddy Technologies Ltd reserves the right to enforce a fair use policy and disqualify participants for violating the Terms.
Privacy: By participating, you agree to Teddy's Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.
Governing Law and Disputes: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
Responsibility: Teddy Technologies Ltd shall not be held responsible for any participant's inability to participate in the Giveaway, or any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused to participants arising from their participation in the Giveaway or enjoyment of the free item.
The free item received through the Giveaway is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation. Participants acknowledge and agree that the free item holds no monetary value and cannot be transferred or resold to any other individual or party.
